2ND CLASS SIGNED UK DELIVERY
£3.95 (Free 2nd Class delivery for orders £30.00 and over)
Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail who aim to deliver within 2-3 working days including Saturdays.
1ST CLASS SIGNED UK DELIVERY
£4.95 Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail who aim to deliver the next working day including Saturdays.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
£8.95
Deliveries to UK mainland: Order any day up to 1pm for delivery the next working day. Orders made on a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
We are delighted that we are able to offer our international customers delivery on our stationery products. You should bear in mind that there may be customs charges once the items arrive in your country and you will need to pay these in order for your item(s) to be released. These charges can be expensive, so we recommend that you check the potential cost(s) of these before placing your order.
If you do not arrange to pay a customs bill, the item will be returned to us here at The Paper Collective. In the event of this, we will arrange to refund you the cost of the item(s) providing they are in a resalable condition. Due to the cost of shipping, please note that in these circumstances we would not be able to refund these charges too.
International shipping will be sent tracked and signed for and all postage charges will be provided at your checkout.
02.10.2021- You should be aware that we are currently facing some issues with parcels being returned to us from some parts of Ireland by customs. In the event that this happens, we can arrange to reship at the rate of £13.50 postage or arrange to refund your order, minus the cost of shipping paid.

PRICING AND REFUNDS
All the prices on The Paper Collective website are shown in Great British Pounds £GBP as default.
We are able to refund items purchased in the UK within 30 days as long as they are in their original packaging and there are no signs of damage in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
If you believe an item is missing any pieces or is damaged on arrival, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with any photos you have in order for us to provide a resolution for you as soon as possible.
